Conceived as a comprehensive career exploration and guidance platform, the convention enables students to make informed academic and professional choices through meaningful engagement with universities, industry experts, accomplished professionals, and career counsellors.

IDEAS, Inspiring Dreams of Excellence, Achievement, and Service, is a two-day annual convention that provides students with opportunities to explore emerging career pathways, gain insights into diverse disciplines and professions, and develop a deeper understanding of their interests, strengths, and aspirations. By fostering informed decision-making and future readiness, the convention equips students to navigate the transition from school to higher education with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
