The 2025 edition of ‘Together We Can – A Challenge of eSTEAM!’ had an impeccable start with the first connect session for students held on July 25, 2025. Conceived as a collaborative design challenge, ‘Together We Can’ presents students with real-world tasks that benefit the global community, guiding them to harness their creative learning spiral and utilize eSTEAM to make a positive impact. The theme for 2025 – ‘Beyond Borders and Boundaries: Finding Our Way Home!’-invites each of us to explore our deep connection with the world, travelling across boundaries where limits are redefined. Nowhere is this more evident than in space exploration and the evolving relationship between humans and nature. Fittingly, the 2025 Challenge asks students to find novel solutions for protecting endemic species and to innovate appropriate Tech for future space missions. Mr. Sanjay Rathee from Space Development Nexus (SDNx) and Mr. Madhumay Mallick from Wildlife Trust of India, our collaborators for TWC 2025, conducted the first connect session, explaining the challenges. Ms. Roopika Sood from ‘The Hands on Paper Company’ led an exciting session on Design Thinking, helping the student teams utilize this valuable tool in their creative thinking. We look forward to an exciting journey where students from across the schools in Delhi/NCR immerse themselves in a real-world design challenge that has the potential to create breakthrough solutions.
